International Planned Parenthood Federation (hereinafter referred to as IPPF) is the global network of 151 Member Associations, which operates in 183 countries. It is the most progressive voluntary non-governmental organization in the world, which provides services and advocates sexual, and reproductive health and rights. The IPPF wants to build the world, where each woman, man and young people has access to the required information and services, where sexuality is considered as natural and valuable life aspect and the main right of human beings, where there is respect for choice and where there is no stigma and discrimination.

Tajik Family Planning Alliance
Tajik Family Planning Alliance (hereinafter referred to as TFPA) – is a voluntary, public, non-governmental and self-governed organization. Non commercial organization protects sexual and reproductive rights of people, declared all over the world as a fundamental and valuable part of human life. The TFPA represents Tajikistan as the country where each individual should be healthy and well informed, where families and people should make conscious choice with regard to their sexual and reproductive health; where all people have equal access to the provided services; where all children are desired and where reproductive rights are acknowledged and protected. The Alliance is valued by its members and partners in the country and abbroad, especailly in the Central Asia, because of its leading role in implementation of such goals.

Irish Family Planning Association (IFPA)
Irish Family Planning Association (hereinafter referred to as IFPA) is a member of the International Planned Parenthood Federation. Its mission includes protection and promotion of basic individual rights of human being on reproductive and sexual health and sexuality. Promotion and protection of the rights of all people, including the youth, for making free decisions on number of children and interval between childbirths, so that each child to be desired in families. Arrangement of campaigns on liquidation and establishment of opposition against legal limitations with regard to access, provision of services on sexual and reproductive health, including safe abortion. Assistance in achievement of equal rights by women and young people, for their efficient participation in political and economic development.

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF)
United National Children Fund (hereinafter referred to as UNICEF), which obtained the UN General Assembly mandate, considers propaganda of the children rights as the priority, requiring for mobilization of political attention and attraction of material resources and assistance, rendered to vulnerable groups of children, such as victims of war and social and natural disasters, children from poor families and handicapped children. In May 2002, the Special Session of the UN General Assembly was arranged with regard to children issues. For the first time the UN General Assembly was convoked to discuss problems of children. Several large groups of children participated in the Session as official members of delegations, representing their governments and non-governmental organizations. The document, prepared as per results of this Session, included statements of the participating countries governments on their dedication to do the best to change the world for children and their participation to build the world, focusing on well-being children of children.

United Nations Population Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic (UNFPA)
United Nations Population Fund in the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as UNFPA) – is the world largest source of support and assistance in the sphere of human population, rendered to developing countries, financed at the international level. The main aim of the UNFPA includes rendering assistance to the countries, by means of provision of high quality services in the sphere of reproduction and family planning on the basis of conscious choice and formulation of the policy on human population, which should maintain constant development. Strategy of the Fund is concentrated on provision of assistance to individual men and women, rather than on achievement of certain demographic indices. It is achieved by delegation of authorities to women and by provision a wide choice to them by means of expansion of the access to education, medical services and large possibilities in work and carrier.

Netherlands School of Public and Occupational Health (NSPOH)
The Netherlands School of Public & Occupational Health (NSPOH) was created on January 1, 2003 as the result of a merger between the Netherlands School of Public Health (NSPH) and the Netherlands School of Occupational Health (NSOH). Due to its unique structure - in which several faculties of medicine and social medicine at participating universities as well as research departments at Dutch national institutes work closely together - they are in a position to put together experienced teams capable of resolving any type of public health problem.
The mission at the NSPOH is to improve the health of the population. They do so by providing a high level of professional and academic training and by helping public health organizations to integrate research and educational activities carried out in different professional and academic settings.

The Department for International Development (DFID) is the UK Government Department that is responsible for assisting partner countries to promote sustainable development and reduce poverty. The central focus of DFID’s policy, based on the 1997, 2000 and 2005 White Papers on International Development is a commitment to the internationally agreed Millennium Development Goals, to be achieved by 2015. DFID contributes to poverty reduction in low and middle-income countries across the world, including Central Asia.
DFID works in partnership with governments committed to poverty reduction (the Millennium Development Goals), good governance and human rights, also as work with civil society, the private sector and the research community.
DFID supports the project “Joining forces for voice and accountability ” - five -year advocacy initiative in twelve countries in Latin America and Central Asia/Eastern Europe, and is managed by a consortium led by IPPF/WHR in partnership with the IPPF European Network (EN).

Japan International Cooperation Agency Kyrgyz Republic Office
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) as implementing agency of Official Development Assistance (ODA) of the Government of Japan from the time of its establishment (1974) contributes to the socioeconomic development and human resources development for facilitating independent and sustainable development of the developing countries. Till October, 2008 JICA mainly was engaged in implementation of technical cooperation with developing countries.
In connection with unstable international situation JICA offers different areas of cooperation for developing countries. In October, 2008 JICA was reborn as a new agency responsible not only for technical cooperation but also for Grant Aid as well as for yen loans of Official Development Assistance (ODA) of Japan and became the second largest donor organization after the World Bank.
JICA activities cover such fields as agriculture, social infrastructure building, poverty reduction, public health and so on. Also JICA controls infectious disease like HIV/AIDS and supports the transition to a market economy and reforms of the legal system, peace-building and post-conflict rehabilitation in such countries like Afghanistan and East Timor. By participation of various population including scientific communities, government and non-government organizations JICA will continue its activities in above mentioned fields.
