Aim:
All adolescents and young people know about their sexual and reproductive rights, they are encouraged to have informed choices relatively their sexual and reproductive health and can act to realize their choices and decisions.

Young people are an important part of the organization. They participate in the process of Alliance management and can develop their initiatives on sexual and reproductive health and rights by development and implementation of the projects. To support the project ideas of young Alliance members the Fund of Youth Initiatives Development was established in 2006 on the basis of statement “ On Youth Initiatives”.

For 3 years of Fund existence more than 9 projects have been realized in the sphere of trainers capacity increase on peer education, skills increase on the collaboration with Mass media, guidebook development on HIV/AIDS, theatre methodic education and also volunteers motivation increase.

Young members of PU RHAK are actively involved into implementation of organization’s project activity:

     Promotion  of reproductive and sexual rights of young people, advocacy project (DFID)

     Promotion and providing of Youth Friendly Services (SALIN)

      Life skills education of young people on the issues of HIV/AIDS and SRHR, “Dance4life” project (Dance4life)
Young members of our organization are active promoters of international youth networks Y-PEER and Y-SAFE. Alliance is the methodological base on peer education for Y-PEER network and has one of the most progressive and strong peer educators team on the issues of sexual and reproductive health and rights. This peer educators team conducts many trainings for adolescents and young people both on local and on national levels, assisting in forming healthy way of life and sexual education, Active involvement of young people from marginalized and socially vulnerable groups is an important component of Alliance peer education.
